Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Prashno. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them.

1. Who we are

Prashno is an exam-practice app for Indian government exams, starting with SSC CGL Tier-1. It is operated by Prashno (“we”, “us”). Prashno is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission or any government body.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Prashno only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number (via a one-time code) or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that number or account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has access.

4. Using Prashno

Prashno is for your own exam preparation. You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the questions, solutions, or other content;
  • reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the service, or try to bypass rate limits or access controls;
  • share one account across many people, or use automated tools to hammer the service;
  • use Prashno for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users or us.

5. Pro passes and payments

Prashno is free to start. Pro is sold as one-time period passes (for example monthly, quarterly, or annual) that unlock unlimited practice and mocks for that period. Passes are not auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A pass activates once payment is confirmed and runs for its stated period. Because access is granted immediately, passes are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a clear duplicate or failed charge. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Content and accuracy

Prashno gives you practice questions, mock tests, and solutions as a study aid. We work hard to keep them correct and exam-relevant, but we cannot guarantee every question, answer key, or solution is error-free, nor that using Prashno will lead to any particular exam result. If you spot a mistake, please report it so we can fix it. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial study only.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Prashno available and working, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control (including your exam results). Our total liability for any claim relating to Prashno is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Prashno and delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Prashno evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Prashno after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. Questions about these terms? Email us at support.prashno@gmail.com.
